Pretty easy, if I remember right, the covers just pop off and the speakers have screws holding them in. I replaced my stock ones with Infinity 2-way speakers. Just make sure to get fairly efficient speakers.

Make sure that they are 4 ohm speakers as well, most are but sometimes you will see a 2 ohm speaker which would in time fry the stock HU amplifier.

The rear speakers are only used for fill; you won't get high fidelity out of them. Are you sure it is blown?

HOLD UP!! You need a shallow speaker for the rear! I reccomend the Infinity shallow. I'll find a link.

with the exception of the front subs, the 3 1/2 door speakers are nothing special, I replaced mine with a nice 3-way speaker. I installed infinity 505cs component speakers in the rear.
