Default I gotta make things right here.....

Some of you are probably aware of all the bítchin' and complaining I've been doing about KewlAuto and how it's virtually impossible to ever get anyone to answer the phones out there.

Well, with some encouragement from a fellow Forum member, I tried one (last) time and low and behold, Greg himself (the owner), answered the phone.

It seems that today just happened to be the day that they got their phone system back up and running.

I won't go into all the sordid details of our discussion, but I do want to set the record straight and take back all the nasty stuff I've been spouting off about how Kewl can't possibly stay in business much longer if this is the way they treat potential customers.

Kewl, is alive and well and is getting caught up on their backorders and is coming out with an expanded line of product. I just feel it is the least I could do by reporting this here, in the event that all my bad-mouthing, may have discouraged anyone from trying to contact Kewl themselves.

There, I done it....and I feel better already!

And let's let this be a lesson to us all.........

You know,it takes a hundred attaboys to undue 1 negative statement, cause that seems to be what sticks

I commend you,and am not passing any judgement at all.

Just a little restraint or patience at times can go a long way though........food for thought

And here I am still trying to deal with the finer points of partical entanglement and if true equilibrium can really be achieved between centrifugal and centripital forces.......and something as simple and elementary as ones "frame of reference", caught me off-guard and completely blew me away.

My faith in American Retailers has been re-established in one fell swoop by having Greg at Kewlauto answering the phone like he did after four months of my listening to never-ending ringing.

Now, back to this business of partical-entanglement..... I STILL don't have a good feeling about that "acceleration in relation to the planets rotation", question, though. I am confident there IS more to the reason why a few select tracks on the East Coast produce better times than any others, beyond the mundane explanation that it's all due to "they're being better drivers" and they're having "better air" out there.

Most physics deals with constants.....the variables involved with moving objects while accelerating (either inside OR outside of the vehicle) are many to consider.

Oh well, enough of that stuff.......I did Kewl wrong by bad-mouthing them, and I wanted to offer an open apology to them here on the forum, (I have already made peace with Greg over the phone)

Cheers and Beers, Cenzo.....it's all good!

I've bought a lot of stuff from Kewl in the past and always had a good experience. Glad to see that things may be getting back to normal for them. I have a few more things that I want.

Oh, it's not like I don't have a "few" goodies under the bonnet that came from Kewl

I even went so far as to "dedicate" my license plate in their honor

I just figured they had 'over-extended' themselves and were dropping off the deep end into extinction. I'm very pleased to find that I was all wrong in that assessment, and that "KEWLAUTO" is indeed, alive and well.

There's more "stuff" I need as well, heh, heh, heh

Default Just a thought

If the phone system died how hard would it of been to cal 611 and had the phone number forwarded to a home phone or a cell phone....

I didn't catch any of the rant but simple things can be done to update people if there are problems like mailing a small post card or something....

we all know what excuses are like.....
