I'm thinkin...SKS, shift key sensor is activated.
Does the engine crank with no start, or is there no reaction from the starter?
Is your car an automatic or manual?
What happens when you turn the headlights on?
A "full charge" means little with no load. What was the reading?

Sounds like a battery or terminal issue as stated above. It's possible your battery has a bad terminal that's making a poor internal connection. Also check your battery cables to make sure they're not loose.
When you say the battery shows a full charge, check this with a digital volt meter if you haven't already. Anything less than 12.2V is less than 50% charge.
I had something similar last year, and that was the car was starting/running great, then I went to start it to put it in the garage and nothing. Dead. I could get the interior lights to work, and door locks, but what I found was my battery had two bad cells. I would have NEVER believed this, but sure enough - replace the battery, and I have been fine ever since.
BTW, it was so "bad" that even jump starting it wasn't working. I hope this helps. I know it sounds crazy, and at the time my battery was only just 3 years old and cranking strong until one night - nothing.
Thanks For The Input!! I Turns Out It Was The Battery. I Didn't Think It Was Because All The Lights And Radio Were Working, But Like What Was Mentioned Before The Battery Read Only About 12 Volts, Which Wasn't Strong Enough To Turn It Over. I Jump Started It With My Truck And I Think I'll Be Heading To The Store For A New Battery...thanks Again To All Who Responded....
