high polished wheels
Are the high polished alum. wheels clear coated? I have been using
car wax on them but would like to use a treated polishing cloth, something called "Cape Cod Cloth". Any info??

OEM high polish wheels I believe are clear coated - that is why some turn yellow and while others get pits...
of course I could be completely wrong

Yes, they are clear coated. When I had mine, I used regular car paste wax to keep them looking good.
