You should kick your own azz for not taking care of it and the embarrassment in front of your friends is of your own making. Anyone who hasn't taken care of the KNOWN problem either by having the recall done or a CLB gets no sympathy here.
Yeah I know. Personally, I think the General should have resolved this sh*t a long time ago. It has been love/hate with the Vette....leaky roof, service abs/traction control message, replaced leaking battery, replaced broken end link, excessive oil consumption, replaced oil pressure sending unit, replaced key fob. I think that's all. I was hoping to sell the Vette before the Column Lock issue occurred. This is the 10th car I've owned and it has definitely had the most problems/nuisances. Nothing else has even come close in terms of problems.
