There's a difference between covering your overhead and raping your customers. If Cheverolet wanted to, they could close ALL of the dealers and sell their product themselves. I don't plan on supporting a local business that nickel and dimes a consumer over petty little crap like shop rags and plastic bags. I'll gladly take my car to a local shop that knows a helluva lot more about the C5 than the dealership.

it isn't just car dealers, 2 years ago in a 4 hour divorce mediation, i spent $1900 for lawyers to give my ex-wife about everything she wanted. my lawyer charged 150 hr for travel time in his fabulous 1994 v6 mustang.realtors get $6000-10,000 or more for selling just an average house,$10,000,000 a year for some football players, what about oil companies? so where does it stop?
