Proper storage
An advanced search on storage under archives should get you a lot of input...
1-It it will get below freezing.... top up windshiild reservoir and rad with apropriater level of antifreeze
2. Wash and wax the car
3. treat weatherstripping with silicone lubricant
5. treat dash and plastic ( and tire sidewalls) with UV protectant
6. treat leather with cleaner conditioner
7. IF humid environment place some sort of dessicant inside the compartment to absorb moistue and reduce possibility of mold and mildew
8. CHANGE the ENGINE OIL
9.check all other fluids are topped up
10. add STABIL of other brand of fule stabilizer into gas tank, fill gas tank and run the car for 5 minutes ( ensures stabilizer gets to injectors)
11, pump up tires to max on sidewall to minimize flatspotting
12. part the car on a new heavy guage plastic tarp (keeps moisture from concrete away from frame)
13. put 1/4 sheet of pink styrofoam under each wheel.... it compresses and supports the whole tire again reducing flatspotting.
14. If you have electrical power attach a battery float charger, if not at minimum disconect the negative battery terminal . ideally remove the battery and put it on a float charger somewhere else.
15. cover it with a quality cushioned cover. ( i duoble cover mine with a summer indoor cover and them a heavy waterprrof outdoor cover. This keeps the dust off and prevents damge from minor mishaps during storage...
I don't think I missed anything... but again do an advanced search...
