my understanding is that they keep track of total number of options and you have to extrapolate to get a guesstimate.
ie - 35767 vettes, 1065 Z06 w/ MY paint, 1563 vettes w/ mod red interior > > > of the 1065 MY, roughly 1 in 23 would have your interior > > > 47 of your car were made . . . . unless yours is one of the canadian ones
