Would a Clogged Fuel Filter or Fuel Pump throw codes???!?!?
Trying to resolve a misfire/rough running/non-starting issue as outlined in the link below. Based on the fact that no codes are thrown, I don't think it would be a coilpack or o2 issue. Unless the tuner edited those out to where they wouldn't show up?
So, it leads me to suspect a bad fuel filter/pump. What's the best way to test, before spending the $$ to replace? A fuel pressure gauge? Where? How? During what events? etc...
Thanks so much,
Steven Problems this morning!
ya need fuel, air and spark. youre symtoms are vague like my spelling. if it cranks over properly and no start you should look for spark. get an old good plug put plug wire on it lay it on motor and have someone crank it while you watch ya should see a spark jump . get back to me
