A while ago we had a "few" (
) people who had problems with their order with this firm.
How has everybody made out with resolving their "issues?"

I was a lucky one I got everything I ordered on time and looked great. But I ordered very early in the sale, things got crazy right after I got mine

I jusst got a call from Linda at WDP...seems that the Att gen is doing a public inquiry on the situation.
I got a vm from them...I was i nthe crapper...so I call back...guess what..no one answers...classic...
basically she says that the attorney general is doing a public inquiry and she wanted to know what the situation was on my case.
Go figure.

I sent mine back at their expense and filed a chargeback with AMEX. Finally got my credit. I was so glad to get those out of my house.

Wow...this garbage is STILL going on ? I had to dispute it with my CC company to get my refund.
Sad thing is those jokers will change their name next year, come back to CF and offer another group purchase and a whole new batch of people will get burned all over again.
I thought Brian stated over and over that ALL problems had been resolved months ago. We all know he would never lie to anyone

It was through this forum (it was NOT the fault of the forum - it is that this forum provided "Brian" with a "prime" group of investors!
) that this "problem" came about and I believe that it is through this forum that we should be kept notified as to its resolution.
