well the point is the Street Series is on sale for $400 off.....I don't think a GP will do much better....and seeing as how alot of folks said they would like the Street Series.......
FWIW, I would only go pros if you have a larger cube motor. I've seen the pros do the same HP/TQ but lost a lot under the curve (at minimum 5rw almost all the way through the graph ) compared to the streets on a stock cube motor.
O really, so you think the pros are a waste? Do you know if the sound between the pros and the streets are a lot different?

The Pro's are definately not a waste.... they just are meant for a larger cube motor to use the extra flow to its benefit. The 1 7/8 primaries are overkill in just about every other situation to the point where it takes from the performance.
There are hundreds of threads floating around on the net comparing 1 3/4 to 1 7/8 primaries on the stock cubes.... would be beneficial for anyone to read up as much as possible to see which is best for their application. BTW, the same thing happens on all LS1/6 motors.... fbody's, GTO's, ect...

Thats an amazine price! The website says $1295...how did you swing another $100 off? Is this a permanent price decrease?
I happened to be doing a search in the tech section and saw a post from Bobby that was dated a few weeks ago. I called him and told him I was from the forums and asked if that price was still good. It's a sale price so it won't last much longer I believe so I decided I couldn't pass it up.
So it saved me another 100 off their website sale price PLUS free shipping and it includes the metal matrix cats. Can't ask for a better deal.

They have the off road streets for 995.
Give Bobby at LG a call. He was great to deal with and answered all of my questions.
Thanks mrosa65, you just saved me $100. Bobby said their loading up the truck today for Carlisle and I'll have mine installed by them while there.
Thanks again.

Glad I could help I don't think we could do much better than 1195 delivered including cats so instead of waiting I just went for it. I can't wait until they get here next week. I'll be adding the headers, a new vararam and swapping out my 2.73 for a 3.42 rear diff I just purchased. I'm also going to have the car tuned so I should feel a little bit of a performance increase after it's done
You can try giving Bobby at LG a call to see if he'll drop the price any lower for a GP. His number is 972-429-1963. Mine should be here early next week. I can't wait
