I've emailed the staff at the NCM with this question, but they haven't responded. Are there any recommended guidelines for forming a Corvette club? Licensure of using the name and logo, for example? I'd like to have someone email (or snail mail) a sample set of bylaws to me. I'm thinking of re-activating a now defunct club,or failing that, starting a new one.
Thanks in advance.
not vette related, but I'm in the process of starting a Seven club. I decided to incorporate and get a nonprofit exemption. Hagerty, among others, offer club insurance (it's cheap - around 300 a year).
I think the incorporation and insurance are necessary to protect me personally in case the club gets sued.
I'm still very much in the learning stage in all this, so if you find useful info, and think of it, shoot me a PM.
