Does anyone use the ET feature?
This is the Elapsed Time feature in the "Trip" DIC option.
As far as I can tell you have to manually start and stop it.
Is there any practical use for this?

I have used it to time various routes to work in conjunction with the trip meter. I have used it different times of the day to see if there are better routes on certain days. The best route I found that is pretty consistent, 39 miles 37 minutes, bets the shorter route of 36 miles and between 37 minutes to 45 mintes depending on traffic. The 6 miles I could save a day is not worth the potential of a longer trip to work.
Course could have used something else, like a stop watch or wrist watch.
