Hopefully in the next couple of weeks I will be changing my address to Toronto Canada.
Among a miriad of questions I have, the prevailing is, "where I can get any info about radicating my USA car in Canada?"
"Do I need to make any mod for their transit code?"
Please, if anybody can help. it will be gladly appreciatted

Bought my 2000 in Florida and brought 'er back here. Here's a sight that will walk you through the main steps of bringing a car across the border. PM me if you have any specific questions.
20 years of heat, humidity, storms and hurricanes make me think about a change....
Hopefully soon, the final papers from Canada will arrive and the home will sell.
I really thank you for the info, and soon Oakville will have a new vette roaming around. (besides tne Ontario plates are better match for my car color)
I just bought a SSR in the US and will be picking it up in Saturday and driving it back to Calgary next week.
You should be able to get yours in with no problems without paying duty or GST. You will need to fill out some forms and get it inspected but it should not be a big deal. No mods required for C5 but if you had a C6 you would need to change the front bumper.

Actually Bob, just in case anyone is contemplating this, C5's from 1997 to 2002 don't need any mods but 03's and 04's require bumper upgrades...both front and back for the 03 and just the back for 04

Be sure to let us know when you land. The CF group here in the Toronto area gets together on a regular basis...
I live just north of WPB and it is very nice here. Glad you like it down here but the hurricanes are a pita. Plenty of Canucks. My neighbor is one and yes he drinks plenty of beer and has a special sports package for his Satellite Dish to get his hockey
stations. One hell of a nice guy too.

Craig, I hear ya about the hurricanes...but its like going to your sisters place and playing with your niece and nephew...you get to have fun but get to leave when they start all the bad stuff
We've always missed the hurricanes but I can only imagine what they're like based on the stories we here from the locals (and the damage from the year before)
That aside, South Florida, especially the WPB-Ft Lauderdale strip is one of the nicest places on this round thing we call earth
