I know this maybe out of place, but a friend was looking into buying a used land rover and was wondering if anyone could pull a car fax for me

Can't help you with a VIN and you're right.....your buddy probably needs to try the LandRoverForum for help.....but a word of caution before this gets locked:
I have a 1999 Disco II. It is without dobut one of the most expensive vehicles I've ever owned from a maintence perspective. Little stuff goes wrong that I've never experienced in another vehicle. He should be prepared to spend $2000 annually on average for upkeep.
It he is handy and can manage a lot of the maintence himself....that will help, but still expensive.

The Corvette Forum does not condone any activity which is dishonest, unethical or immoral with that said, members are prohibited from offering free Carfax reports to their fellow members via their agreement.
Although such activity does not directly affect the forum, it does promote a procedure which the forum deems to be inappropriate.
Carfax is used as an example, but, the rule will apply to any similar activity or business.
