Default Transgo Shift Kit
I looked on the Transgo web sight and saw shift kits and reprogramming kits offered. What are the differences and do you need both when installing on a 2001 A4. Does anyone have a good web sight with install instructions?

Well, the shift kit comes with a great video with step by step instructions. If you do the shift kit, don't recommend tuning it at all, because the shift firms that the kit provides is plenty and tuning it to firming up the same points will cause some serious shift firmness.
