What do you mean by "stiff"??
The stock clutch in the Z06 is quite easy to push down in my opinion, if you are experiencing a stiffness in the pedal you may need to change the fluid or have air in the system and you will need to bleed it.
Do a search for forum member "Ranger"' and his write ups on clutch fluid impact, im sure it will make for some good reading and just may answer your questions

Assuming it's a stock clutch ...
Try the clutch in someone else's Z for comparison.
Dunno if you got it new or used ... if used, prev owner may have removed the clutch return spring ... which is supposed to help against the dreaded "pedal on the floor" problem under hard 1/4 use.
[no ... I haven't removed mine ... and so haven't crawled into the footwell to find it]
