Does it say .jpg or .bmp at the end of the url that you're posting?

Go into my post where I showed your pic like you're going to quote me - and you'll see exactly how it looks.
I went into the link you provided and looked at your pic - I then right clicked on your picture and at the bottom of the drop down box is an option that shows "properties". That brings up another box that shows the properties of the pic and it's a .jpg
I highlighted the url that it showed, copied it and then pasted it into the box that appears when you click on the yellow icon that looks like a postcard above the box that you type the text into. That placed the [IMG][\IMG] tags around the url with the .jpg at the end. Try it....
