anybody own a g tech pro
hey guys I want to get one of those G tech pro systems. you know the ones that measure your hp and torq as well as 1/4 mile performance and gs. does anybody own one? tell me how you like it.

I am borrowing a buddy's Passport G-timer GT2. I absolutely love it! I might not return it to him. haha Very accurate and easy to use, and priced nicely at ~$180. I find myself heading to empty streets on weekends and trying to best my acceleration times like 0-60 and 0-100. Measures many other stats too such as lateral acceleration and braking, 60 ft, 330 ft, 1/8 and 1/4 mile et and mph, (0 to 50, 60, 70, etc.), etc.

Used a G Tech 8 years ago when my 98 Z28 was new LOL. It was fun, but back then it seemed allittle crude, in terms of timing. It was great for practicing launchs on street rubber though. Had alot of fun with it!

Like OutlawDon, I have the Passport GT2. It has a nice option to turn on a data logger that can record up to, I believe, a 20 minute session. You can record and down load the long. and lat. Gs to a laptop. The only downside to this is, unlike the acceleration runs, you can only save one session at a time so you need to down load before every run.
