What should my C5 run?
I just bought a 99 C5 Ragtop. It's an auto, with only 13K miles on it.
It also came optioned with the 3:1 performance axle ratio.
What can I expect it to run in the quarter? Low 13's?

I'd say you should be able to run a 13.3-13.5 ET with your car. Only real way to find out is take it to the track and give it a run.
