Ok so I ordered some new 18" Black Motorsport Z06 wheels. The wheels widths are 18x9.5 and 18x10.5. The questions is....will my stock air pressure sensors work with the new rims. If not how many will I have to replace. Thanks!

Just make sure that you install the RF in what will be the new RF wheel, etc. You won't even have to retrain them. You might consider getting new o-rings for the valve stem....
Thanks for all of the help...however I am not replacing with run flat tires (just dont like them) is there anything I can do to keep a message appearing on the dash to let me know that the tire pressure monitoring system needs to be serviced?

It doesn't matter what kind of tires, what sizes tires, or what kind of wheels, etc. that you are buying. You can take your OEM TPS and move them from your stock wheels with OEM tires and install them in your new wheels with your new tires.
If you keep the TPS in the same position from where it came - RF, LF, RR, LR - you will not have to relearn the sensors.
If you choose to not install the sensors in the new wheels - you will have a message on the DIC. If you car is an '01 or newer - someone with the GM Tech Tool II can turn off the TPM system. If your car is older - you will get the message, but you can hit RESET to make it go away until you shut off the ignition and restart.
If anything - you need the TPS more than ever with non run flats in my opinion. I would most definitely move them over to the new wheels and tires. Clear now?
