what are you doing for the manifold??
its not the heads everyone is waiting on.... its the intake manifold!! and they arent really out yet. there are a few sheet metal styles (not sure if they clear a C5's hood though) and i know SDPC has the GM manifold for the heads, but not sure if they are being sold yet.

I want to get working on the heads. I've got a friend in Australia who is trying to find the L76 manifold for me. I'm probably just going to clean up the heads. Everything I'm hearing is that should do the trick. A little work on the exhaust guide boss and the bowl. I've done several hundred motorcycle heads and 2 stroke cylinders for race bikes - in a previous life.
By the time I get done the manifold should be out. This is a fall project.
