I've seen too many posts from members that bought the screw on tips and have lost one or two. Buy what you like and have them tacked on.

Yes, on the regular Vett but not on the Z06
Z06 has titanium mufflers. I went around town trying to find some welder who would put different tips on my 02 Z06, but all said no. Even the arc welder said he could weld it but the weld would crack.

Yes they can - Mid-America and Ecklers both sell tips that fit on over the stock ones. I too would advise getting them tacked on though to prevent them from coming off.

Some nice looking tips ot there, but I would echo getting them tacked on. Don't rely just on the screws.
