If you mean the Powertrain Control Module, it is inside the passenger-side front wheel well. However, knowing that won't help you as these cars don't use pluggable chips. Tuning is accomplished via external software uploads thru the OBD-II port.

Exactly, you will not be able to get any info from looking at the ECM
I am thinking that I possibly have had a tune since the Vette won't force me to do the 1-4 shift, no matter how easy I drive. No mention even comes up on the dash. This is good news, but has me wondering if the PCM has been tampered with.

It's ironic you state this. I was going to respond to check the same things you mentioned until I scrolled down and read it. I had no idea my car had a tune until I had it dyno'ed. The car looked bone stock, but the A/F ratio was way to perfect for a stock tune. Then, I realized there was no "skip shift" light on the dash, that was just another hint of a custom tune. However, with what you stated, I'm almost positive you have a custom tune. I didn't like the idea of not knowing who tuned my car(even though the A/F looked good), so I had A&A tune it after I added an intake.

I am finding more and more mods every day. I tried to lower the Vette this weekend, but the front was already maxed out since there is a 0.5" gap between the top of the spring and locking washer. If it was untouched, the locking washer should've been flush against the top of the spring, correct?
