Technology is pretty much all the same. In terms of pricing Thunder Racing is a popular vendor for the CLB at about $50.00.

All the CLB's are basically the same and do the same job, I got mine from Corvettes of Houston. As for CAGS, I made my own by going to radio shack and installing a 2.2K ohm resistor into the CAGS plug on the transmission. Both are pretty easy to install, about 15-30 minutes each, good luck!
