CCW SW package

Quick ?? I'm going to purchase this setup but of course I forgot to ask if like SW said he had part of the pad removed to change offset.....I was wondering if off hand anyone would know if that is part of the package.

I was thinking of going about 3/4 frt. 1.5" back.. Is that to much?
And would I have to starting more rice....

I heard today that if you get front and rear tire rotation to close.. I guess what I'm trying to say having tunning too close to the same speed it's suppose to through some kind of trac-control code if they are within 4%????
