Default AC Question

Hey gang,

Sometimes my AC switches from recycled to fresh air without me asking it to. Any thoughts as to why?

According to the owners manual, when the A/C is in the AUTO mode, it will switch from the normal fresh air mode to the recirculate mode if the cooling load gets too high. The temp sensor on top of the dashboard "knows" what the cooling load will be on a hot day when you start the car. If it's really hot and humid, it will switch to recirculate in order to make its job easier. Mine did that all summer and it worked perfectly.

Hey thanks for the fast response.

However, its the opposite change up happening. I run and prefer recycled air, and off and on it switches to fresh air. ?
