I have an 2004 C5 Comm Edition with 2700 miles. It also have an ATI ProCharger, long tube headers, Random Tech Cats, Baer Eradispeed II rotors and some other small mod's.
I was just offered $40,000.00 for her, does that sem reasonable?
Also, you may want to warn the new owner that some or all of the remaining GM warranty may be nullified because of the mods.
(Depends on the situation and the dealer's attitude toward mods.)
And you may want to generate a bill of sale that states that 'no warranty is expressed or implied' by you personally.
I am not an attorney, so my suggestions are merely opinion. Just want your transaction to be amiable and smooth.
$40,000.00 is a lot of money -- you may want to check the local laws regarding your responsibilities/risks when selling your Vette.
Good luck!

I paid 50K even for a new CE Vert MN6 CD changer and mag ride. I mention this as a reference as, at the time coupes with the A/T and same option were going for 45K. Considering that the vehicle is at least two years old regardless of the low mileage I think 40K is being offered because the seller found a rare buyer who wants the mods.
I say take it as you obviously want to sell it or you wouldn't have posted it on the "for sale" forum.

Thanks for your input. Yes it is posted on the "For Sale" forum. But once it became a reality she wouldn't be around anymore I got cold feet. It started me to thinking, what would or could even replace her? The only downside is I'm sorry for the buyer and any disappointment.
