Some people use Rustoleum high heat paint and others use an epoxy based caliper paint kit. I personally used Folia Tec epoxy paint on mine. Did it about 5 years ago and they still look great. Got the paint from Xtreme Motorsports. Mid-America and Ecklers also sell caliper paint kits.
I used Rustolem Regular Black Spray. Removed them from rotor and cleaned, cleaned and recleaned b4 spaying. After spraying black scraped the letters with a razor knife and painted them gold by hand with a brush. Then I sprayed a couple coats of Rustoeum regular Clear over everything again. 3 years now still look great!
I used the DupliColor Brake Caliper Paint on mine. Directions were straightforward, and the paint was easy to use. Tip: go buy a couple of small brushes like you would use on a model car or something. They make it much easier to get into the tight spots w/out getting the paint where you don't want it. And while you're at it, you might want to do the caliper brackets, too.
Go to your local parts store for the paint. Don't order it online...it's more than twice as expensive once you pay for the shipping. Good luck!
I used Black Duplicolor on mine. Easy to use. I didn't even remove the calipers. As mentioned eariler, get a couple very small brushes for the finsh work. Rub a bit of lip balm (Chapstick) on the letters b/4 you start painting. Whatever paint you over brush comes right off
I used Rustoleum, brush -on Sunrise Red paid under $3 for a half pint... plently left over for another 3 cars.
10K miles and counting the trick is in the preparation I used 4 cans of brake cleaner, and a wire brush... 1 can per caliper...

The exact formula I used, except I only used one can of brake cleaner. Three years and counting and they look like new.
