I recently purchased a forged 402 stroker motor from SDPC, sent them some parts I had gathered and got back close to a long block. The motor initially ran well and very strong but began to develop an oil pressure problem. After checking a few of the possible causes for the loss in oil pressure it was determined the motor would have to be swapped out. When it was all said and done with the only expense I incurred was for a new tune because I requested a different cam in the new motor.
I know we have all had problems or read the horror stories, about vendors selling performance parts and looking for any excuse to wiggle out of not backing them when a problems occurs. Even though I did hace a problem with the original motor I am so impressed by the way SDPC stepped up to the plate without any arguement or hassle and backed thier product they wil get my future business.
My installer, Jamisson's Custom Corvette in Charleston SC, was also very impressed with the quality, service and product backing of SDPC.
