Last night I was driving around and my wipers came on by themselves. They would wipe a couple of times and then go off. Today on my way to work, they came on and would not go off. They will go from high to low but the int. and off do not seem to work at all. Anybody had this problem?
You might have moisture inside the motor! You'll need to pull the cover and clean the udders for drainage! The water or moisture is making the contact and turning on your wipers!
I will try that. It has not rained here in several days but we have had bad fog the last several mornings. Could be that the fog (moisture) as caused it.

On my GMC truck it was a bad printed circuit board. There was a GM tech bulletin on this, so was covered, no cost to me. The only time it acted up was when moisture got in from rain or the car wash. Just an FYI!
There is also an issue with the washer fluid button. Some just pop out leaving the contacts together, which makes the wipers come on to wipe the washer fluid away. Yours may be failing.
I have a spare circuit board if you find out its that. I installed it but that wasn’t my issue I needed a new motor.

Thanks..
Been there - Wiper stalker had to be replaced. Around $320 - warranty direct picked up the tab for me.
Don't let the wipers run constantly or they will scratch the windshield
