It's a normal range but change the rad area to see if anything is caught and blocking the air flow
Stock radiator? Who re-programmed the car after the Vortech? I supplied my tuner with an aftermarket high capacity radiator while installing a Procharger. I also have a 170 degree T-stat & a Vinci fan controller which turns the fans on a bit sooner.
Sounds like your radiator fins are full of stuff I just had my car 03 up on a lift and blow out the fins on both the air conditioner and radiator you would be supprised how much stuff comes out had a pile about 12" sq and 2" deep .....by the way now my car runs a lot cooler.... it now is on my list of things to due on a regular schedule.....you will need a long wand on the airgun but try this first before you due anything else you will be supprised the difference it makes
