Default C5 LED taillights without rapid flash

We've noticed several people are having problems with their LED lights with the rapid flash syndrome. The LED tail lights that we sell have the resistor built into the light to prevent the rapid flash. The only time they will have a rapid flash is when the battery voltage is very low, 99% of the time they will flash normal. We have them on our web site for 300.00 with a 10% discount to forum members (270.00 plus shipping)
www.vettepitstop.com The discount code is CPNTNP or you can call 270-535-5623 to order.

As I asked in another thread, do you have word on an LED euro version, with amber LED turn signals.

That certainly is an option that we will think about, we're currently working on LED tail lights for the C6. I wonder how many people would want euro tail lights? I think they would look good if they could be done with the tear drop design like the stock euro lights.

Works with mine..... I've had LED's (look just like these but I bought them from Eckler's) for over a year hooked through a plug-and-play sequential system. No problem......

We've installed these LED lights on several C5's with sequential lights without any problems, I think the key is you have to have the resistors for them to work with sequential systems and ours have the resistors intergrated into the light.

An LED euro (clear turn signals w/amber LEDS) and red brake LEDs would be the ultimate C5 aftermarket tail light. I've been waiting to see if this happens.

the sequentials DO work with LED tail lights.

however, the leds ignite to full brightness so quickly that there really is not much of a delay between the 2 blinks and you really cannot appreciate the sequential effect.

i had the web sequential unit before my LEDs and tried them when i got the LEDs. the end result was not desirable for me so i took the sequential units off and sold them.

they DID work with LEDs though.

I just got mine today - and I've got to say that I was extremely impressed with the packaging and the first impression quality of the lights. Shipping took one week from when I ordered.

Also - I said that I couldn't get the CF discount code to work, and sent a note to vettepitstop that I didn't get credit for the 10%. They told me that a check would accompany the lights for the $30 - and sure enough it was there with the packing slip.

I'll install them tomorrow night and of course I'll take some before and after pics. So far - I'm very impressed and satisfied! Nice goin' guys! Thanks!
