Cold Air with NOS
My first mod last year was a Haltech Stinger Intake. A few months later my brother bought me a dry NOS kit. The install required installing the jets on the stock air box, where the jets spray at each other and fog the box. For this, I had to ditch the big SSM air filter and reinstall the factory box, with a kn and good ol zip tie mod.
I have since been considering the Honker, granatelli, or vortex intake's which bring air from the bottom.. My question is will they make any difference over the stinger. As far as cold air is concerend, the NOS cools the engine bay temp air being sucked in.
I'd like some input before I drop another 4-500 on another intake. If its not even worth it, I'll just drop the money in the header fund.
