Guys I put in Vette-HIDs as well as PIAA xtremes. I have the PIAAs pointed down as far as they would go and thought I had HIDs aimed okay, however everyone has been flashing me at night. Any guidance for aiming non-stock lights?
the "sweet spot" seems to be around 24 1/2" to 25" about 3 feet from the front bumper.
also depends if your car is lowered or not.
i have also used an easy trick that is available since these bulbs have such a sharp cutoff.
i have taken my car around the block at night and checked to see if the lights shined into the cars that are parked on the street.
if i could see that they were shining into the windshield, i lowered them. now the cutoff does not go above the belt line of most cars that i passed and even then it's still below the window line.
it's not exactly scientific but it worked for me and i don't get any flashes.

I found that at 25 inches the lights were pointed down at the street and couldn't see "Jack" nor Jill for that matter haha. While aiming the round headed bolt popped out of the plastic grommet and had to take light out to pop back in place. What a hassle! I have my PIAAs pointed all the way down at street but I am sure people will still high beam me for those.
