My car is a 99 Coupe. The wheels are C6 Z06 factory reproductions 18x9.5 fronts and 19x10 rears. The tires are Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT sizes 275/35/R18 and 325/30/R19.
Today, the front tires mounted ok. The rear tires provided problems with getting the tire to seal to the rim. The tire installer indicated he thinks its due to tire sensors not providing enough air to seal the tire to the rim. the tire installer was recommending removing the tire sensor for a regular valve stem in order to provide enough air to seal to the rim.
Has anyone experienced this type of problem, looking for recommendations?
