clicking sound when turning....

clicking sound when turning....
I have 02 zo6 lowered on stock bolts, and I have noticed that with turns I hear a "clicking" sound....it's been lowered for over 1 year now, and it started to make this noise.....anybody with this problem and possible problems???.....leaf springs??....shocks????? Thanks in Advance!!!
