i am going to lower my vette next week and im going all the way on the stock bolts so my question is will this make a difference at all i have the stock wheel sizes if anyone has done on stock wheels please post pics
thanks alot,

I lowered mine on all the way on stock bolts on stock wheels and didn't notice a difference in ride quality and does no harm to anything. the back ended up a slight lower then the front and in my opinon lowering on stock bolts looks a tad better then original but not a huge difference in that dropped look.

With stock size tires, I did not get the look I wanted. Had to get longer bolts for the rear and remove the bushing from the front. The front is still too high on my vert IMO but I could only go lower with coilovers and just can't afford them right now. Good luck.

You shouldn't have any problems lowering the car with stock wheels and tires on there - and like was said get an alignment after it settles. Should end up with a nice stance to the car.
