Factory Door Label
Does anyone know if the manufacturers door label with the vin # and build date is available and through who? My drivers side door was obviously involved in repair and this label is missing.Thanks

From what I have heard, this decal is not available through GM. Not sure if there would be a way to get some aftermarket company to create one or not. I know this has been brought up before on the forum, but don't recall if there was any solution provided. Did a search but didn't come up with any hits - maybe I was using the wrong key words.

A friend of mine had to have his door replaced (hit in parking lot) and dealer said there was no way to replace the VIN decal at all. They did cut that portion out of original door to keep.
