Pretty easy. From a roll, if you stand on the gas - does it hesitate for a split second, the RPMs rise to say 2400rpm or higher before it takes off like rocket?
If not, you're running stock.

Hopefully you have an automatic, because if you have a stick and asked that question you would not know much about cars...
Like it was said above...car will feel lazy when taking off, rpm`s will rise quickly and car will suddenly feel energetic.
