Doesn't take an experienced thief long to get into the car. Too bad someone didn't see them in the act.

Easy to get in. A coat hanger is one way I have gotten into several cars.

All you have to do is pull the top of the window out. You can reach in with your hand and hit the unlock button. You would be suprised how far the glass can move out. Take a good look at your glass and see if it is full of prints. I saw a goober at work do this after he locked his keys in his 2002 coupe.

yep... I had to get into a C5 that a porter locked the key's in... I just used a tool called an inflate a wedge, to gently pry back the window enough to use a spare antenna to pop the door lock.. took less then a min to get into it.. yes it will set off the alarm.... now for a theif probably could just pry it with anything an be rough with it and do the same thing.. it's not hard... people lock keys in cars all the time if you practice a few times you can do it real quick and if you can see everything you want in the car it just takes a couple seconds to ****** it..

Glade I read this thread.
I leave stuff visible frequently, although I dont leave the car alone for long.

Wont do that any more.

Last time I had a car broken into, they did more damage to the car then the items they took. Put a hole in the door to get by the lock. What Butchers!

a wedge and a metal rod will open the door in seconds. I have seen it done a few times and it is way too easy...
