Taillight options (pics)
I'm thinking of changing taillights but not sure which way to go. If any of you have done the euro versions in all white or all amber could you post some pics please? I have a silver Z so pics of silver cars would be great too. Right now, I'm leaning towards 4 red/amber lights but still not sure yet.

I went with the red/clear euro lights on my pewter car. Here's a pic.

I alternate my tail lights ocassionally just for the heck of it.
Sometimes they look like this:
And other times (like at the preset ) look like this:
When using the later version I use titanium coated amber bulbs so the clear lens' do not have that egg yolk appearance.

I met a guy at a car show in Belgium who was changing his Euro-spec taillights into a US tailight version! He had even purchased a US rear fascia.

yea...the euro rear fascia looks butt-ugly with all the reflectors on it.

Yea you know, the "Grass is alway greener on the other side of the fence"
I like the Euro tail lights for looks
AND the added safety factor. I really like the extra 4 bulbs that are dedicated to the turn indicators...
As for the Euro guy swapping out tio US spec lights, he just wants to be different I guess AND probably wanted to get rid of the rear fog lights, they are kinda ugly.. I would think his best move would keep the Euro tail lights and use the US spec facia to rid himself of the fog lights. He still needs reverse lights though.....
