Where to get a C6 shifter?
Anyone know a good place I can buy a C6 shifter set up for my 2000 coupe? Any comments on the install and whether or not you like it? Also considering a MTI Six Shooter, but I hear the C6 set ups are easy to install and pretty nice. Thanks.

Installation is really easy. I just put one in a friends '04. He has a bad shoulder and he loves it.

If you can't find it on their site, just give them a call. They are very helpful and will set you right up.

How about a thread in the C6 parts for sale/wanted section? I would think there are plenty available from people who have changed them out.

Is the insall fairly straightforward? Just drop it in? Are the shifts smoother or are they shorter as well, thanks guys.

Hi All,
Thank you for the plug. You can find it on our site @
www.fredbeansparts.com by clicking where it says click here to enter part number search. Use part number c6z06shifter for the kit with the shifter **** and bolt. Then you're good to go.
Thanks,
Gene.

Fairly easy. This is a thread that I used to install mine, courtesy of CF member Patches.

Bought mine at Fred Beans as well as Many, Many other things...those guys are great to deal with, have good customer service, and better prices than other places I have checked.
