This is my first try at posting a message on the form as a new member, Thank's to Heavy Chevy who got me on this. I've had a Corvette for well over 10 years with the first being a 86 convertible, red and enjoyed it a lot. Heavy bought a C5 after much encouragement from me and I really like the newer model so bought a 99 Triple Black last Dec. on e-bay in Texas. Had 12,200 miles. Really like the car. Our neighbor hood includes four families with Vettes and we took several long week-end trip's this summer altogether around 5M miles. Had some wonderful times. Living in the Black Hills of SD (Sturgis) I guess it will be about time to put the babies to bed for the winter and start planning for several trips next summer. Sounds like this is a great way to communicate with Vette lovers. Bankerl
