I am still searching for the right 2002-2004, one of the problems I'm having is identifying option packages from photos. Most used car dealers seem to list obvious features like power windows, AC etc, and don't really know much else about the car. I live in the "sticks" so my initial hunt is mostly confined to the internet and photos.
I have noticed from cockpit photos on 2002 models that the dual zone AC controls would indicate the 1SB or 1SC option. However, on 2003 and 2004's the dual zone AC was standard so it wouldn't tip off what other features the car had. Is that correct? What other clues can I look for in photos that would indicate specific packages for specific years?
I'm quite certain a lot of salesman think HUD is the big door you open to check the oil!
All C5s have the options listed on a white sticker on the inside of the glove box door. They are in alphabetic order. Once you have zeroed in on the options you want, just ask them to read them off or send a digital pic of the sticker.
