What is different about the metal polish? Is it easier to use, does a better job or both of the above? Thanks!
Ed
It is a liquid for one so you are not digging crap out of the cracks for 1/2 hour per wheel. It is also a two part polish, number 1 gets all the oxidation and dirt off. It is a chemical process (and 0 abrasive) like other metal polishes, you put it on, rub it and it starts to turn black. Wipe it off and voila, you have shine. The number 2 is the one that really brings out the glossy shine. To be completely honest, my wheels look better now than when I pulled the protective plastic shrink wrap off the lip for the first time.
Looks like you and Josh did a bang up job on your ride this weekend!!
I'll be interested to see your wheels this coming weekend at the COCH show. I spent a day on mine this past weekend (Mothers and a Powerball) and still have not gotten them where I want them.

Funny thing is, I only spent about 5 minutes per wheel with just my hands and a microfiber applicator, if that. I'll hit 'em again before the show for sure.

Now that makes me feel alot better after spending most of Saturday on mine!
I dunno Stephen, this stuff is good! I had to try it out before I sell it! I'm glad it worked out so well because you pretty much have to be married to Sal to be a dealer, and dare I say, IT...IS...BETTER...THAN...THAT...Z...WOR D...
There is no question that the car looks phenomenal. I'm watching this closely. I've been a Zaino zealot for years. I'd be curious to see the wear characteristics of the Adam's over time. I've not only found the Zaino to look better than anything I'd compared to in the past but I find it wears like iron. I was concerned that one of the final steps you used is a polymer/Carnuba blend. I'd read that Carnuba breaks down at around 110 degrees. This would concern me. Keep us posted, or actually, if you don't mind the highjack perhaps Gary or anyone else with Adam's experience could fill me in.

Thanks! No on the hinges, they are L.S.D. Excellent fit and quality. Doors line up every time you close them.
