One thing in particular that I like about about Copperfield is that Paul is very patient and listens to what your concerns/comments are. He is not the least bit patronizing and he seems to fully understand us sometimes picky Vette owners. He doesn't mind a bit when I stand outside, next to his bay while he's doing his work.
