Bra Help

I have a speed lingerie bra I bought used. Do the hooks of the brackets that go on the front wheelwells go up or down?

If it is like mine, they don't go up or down. Mine point in toward the car...

If you go to speedlingerie.com and look at the bottom, there is a link called "installation"...click on it and you'll find pdf files for installation of every product they manufacture. The hook end of the mounting system is on the bottom and faces into the wheel well though.
