I use Rhino Ramps to get the front high enough to slide my low profile jack under the front cross member. The jack fits just fine under the rear crossmember without the Rhino ramps. Then, I use a 2 foot 4X4 to equalize the weight distribution along the crossmember. I've read horror stories about the crossmembers cracking if you lift them in the middle.

Then I use jack stands at the slotted lifting points along the frame rails to shore the car up.

I'm sure other use different methods, but this works just fine for me.

The one I use is the one that ties the suspension components together.
