I don't think it's street legal anymore. The reason the front bumper looks so different is because he glassed over the opening for the fog lights and drls/turn signals. I guess the turn signals are relocated to the fixed headlights but I don't really care for that. With the exception of the design of the front bumper the paint design is awesome.
